Welcome to my page..Be prepared for sometimes lengthy tirades about nothing at all. There might be some true emotion also.. something not a lot of people get from me. But in an effort to "evolve" myself...Ill try.
So, not feeling so well today... A bit depressed and angry at myself... Its 3 days until I turn 30 and thats seriously messing with my head.. I am having some health issues , which are for the most part my fault , I guess you could say.. Weight, heart etc etc... So.. I quit smoking last night... its been approximately 1 or so hours since Ive had a ciggerette and BAH.. i want to kill someone already... I also made a committment in a conversation with someone to start taking better care of myself..... Lets hope I can live up to that...
I guess Ill be ok.. Just one more thing I have to get through... It helps that I have the support and friend ship of so many people.. I couldnt make it through somedays in one piece without some of you.. I know.. how sad.. But hopefully soon , Ill be happy with just myself....

Beastie Boys, Candye Kane, BETH HART < Let Me REPEAT MYSELF> BETH HART , Kosheen, SOAD, Maroon 5 (really diggin it ) , Sublime, Learning to like Tool and APC a whole lot.. I'm ALMOST trained.. (wink wink) Mostly what Im listening to now is a mix of vocally strong women <wait thats always> for example Candye Kane, Beth Hart, Eva Cassidy, Etta James, Bessie Smith, and learning more about Joplin...
Favorite TV show: ER. law and Order, Twin Peaks, Cold case Files. Forensic Files. OH!!! and game shows.. LOVE em.. I know.. WHATA DORK!
Favorite movie: Wizard of Oz, Willie Wonka..oh and Jerry McGuire.. searching for my my "had me at hello" moment.
Favorite book: Raising Blaze - Debra Ginsburg
Favorite sports team: San Diego Chargers and Padres, Sacramento Kings
Favorite food: Hmmm.. Mint Cookies and Pot Roast
My Hobbies Music.. in everything there is music. Music is the soundtrack of my life. I listen to music almost all day. I watch Tv maybe 3 hours a week. I am inspired and moved by the emotion of music. Every event in life is "tagged" by a song or a line from a song. It is the ONE consistency in an otherwise roller coaster of events. It is my serenity. Someone told me this is classic " Escapism".. Fuck it. WHo cares, we all need to escape sometimes.
Oh yeah, then there's the trivia thing. < Lol>

I have made some very good friends in JFt, people I know I will know for a very long time.. I will try to name a few of them.. check out the JFT page., but if I leave anyone out.. then Damn.. Im just human and a little emotional right now. ( listening to Beth Hart)
I enjoy reading.. Mostly John Grisham Books, Jonathon Kellerman, anything about law, murder, mystery etc etc.. I like to figure things out.
